30-Day Easy Returns
At Optimal Health Pro, we understand that returns are sometimes necessary, and we're committed to making the process as simple and hassle-free as possible. If you wish to return an item within 30 days of receiving it, just cover the return shipping cost, and we'll assist you with a refund. Please note that some products might have a restocking fee as per the manufacturer's warranty.
Important: To qualify for a refund, items must be in "Like New" condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" means no visible signs of wear.
General Guidelines
- Not satisfied with your order? You can return it according to the following guidelines:
- If your order was shipped for free, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our 30-day return policy aligns with our manufacturers' policies and applies to all products unless specified otherwise.
Brand-Specific Return Policies
- Alkaviva: Returnable within 60 days for a full refund if new, unused, and in original packaging. If used but in "as new" condition, a $99.95 flat fee applies.
- Dome and Ozone Saunas: Returnable within 30 days if unused and in original packaging (5% restock fee). If used, a 20% restock fee applies.
- Drive DeVilbiss Oxygen Concentrators: Returnable within 30 days if unopened and unused (20% restock fee).
- Dreampod Products: Returnable within 30 days if unused and in original packaging (20% restock fee).

Leela Quantum:
- Capsule Products: Returnable within 60 days for any reason.
- Blocs: Non-returnable unless damaged upon delivery. Report within 24 hours with photos.
- Lumaflex Products: Returnable within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
- Newtowne Hyperbarics or Summit to Sea Products: Returnable within 15 days. Refunds may be reduced by fees incurred during the sale.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Note any damage when signing for delivery and send photos to support@optimalhealthpro.com on the day of delivery. We'll cover shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Open and/or used oxygen concentrators cannot be returned. Contact us with any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it according to the policies above. Once accepted, we'll send you an invoice for the new product, allowing you to pay the difference, or we'll credit your card and ship the new product.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.
- Cancellations before shipment receive a full refund.
- Orders canceled after shipment will follow the brand's return process and be subject to return shipping costs.
