  • It is a mid-sized mild hyperbaric chamber providing ample room for a comfortable hyperbaric oxygen therapy experience. This is a very versatile hyperbaric chamber due to its size, as it can fit one adult up to 6' 3 tall and or a child.
  • This hyperbaric chamber is operable internally and externally, giving you complete control over your device to complete your hyperbaric oxygen therapy session alone.

Main Body-The Bladder: Made of polyurethane

Frame: External, made with furniture-grade PVC pipe. An external frame is excellent because you do not lose any space inside the hyperbaric chamber or lie up against it when you are treating inside.

Zippers: Two zippers, one mechanical and one airtight zipper. (Silicone and zipper cleaner included)

Belt Buckles: Four buckles help reduce the stress on the zippers, extending their life.

Power Outage Alarm: Yes. The power outage alarm will sound if there is an interruption in power because the pump stops or the power goes out in the home or office.  If the power is lost, there is plenty of time to get out of the hyperbaric chamber using standard procedures.  CO2 build-up would not be an issue for at least 30 minutes.

Compressors: Dual compressor system with two separate hoses. In the event, that one of the compressors fails, you will still receive ample fresh air delivered into the hyperbaric chamber, allowing you to deflate the hyperbaric chamber and exit safely. They run on a standard 120 v 15 AMP outlet and the two compressors are equivalent to running under a 100-watt light bulb. 

Air Relief Valve: Has two values. The second one is a safety backup valve.

Windows: Two 11" x 7.5" on the top

Internal and External Gauge: Both gauges are included; therefore, the patient and someone outside the hyperbaric chamber can monitor the internal pressure while completing their hyperbaric oxygen therapy session.

Entry to Chamber: Side

Accessories: A foam mat to lay on for comfort, a carrying case for travel and transport, and four external round foam bolsters connected in a cradle that stabilizes the hyperbaric chamber.

    As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.


    Order Shipment

    If your order is received, the inventory is in stock and your credit card information matches the information, In most cases, we can ship within 5 business days. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order please email us at info@prosportsequip.com.

    Miscellaneous Shipping Information

    • We cannot ship to PO boxes.

    • Non-standard shipping surcharges will apply to isolated service areas, such as remote areas, areas not readily accessible by a delivery vehicle, islands, etc., as defined by the shipper. These circumstances occur less than 1% of the time.

      Delivery Times

      You can estimate the deliver time to your home or business by viewing the tracking number in the email we send to you. This refers to the time from when your order leaves the warehouse. The total delivery time for your order varies from manufacture and how quick they can process orders. The diagram below shows how the delivery process is broken down into pre-ship processing time and shipping time.


      Processing time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. The "Ships Within" time frame listed with products on the website applies to this time frame. For example, if you order a product that reads "Ships Within: 5 business days", this means that the product typically leaves the factory within 5 business days. If there will be any additional time required to process your order, we will notify you immediately to confirm the delivery period.

      This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from our manufacturers. The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order. Shipping time is measured when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your address.       Did your shipment arrive damaged or defective?

      Please report damaged or defective merchandise to us immediately by email phone. Photos of the items and the packaging would be greatly appreciated. This will speed up our resolution process. We strongly recommend at the time of delivery, if your notice any packages that look dented, crushed or just not right, open them immediately and inspect the contents. If the contents appear to be damaged, please notate it on the delivery ticket, refuse that item only and contact us as soon as possible for instructions.

       RETURNS

      We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

      If a delivery is refused for any reason other than a damaged product, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to the card on file. All returns after 30 days will not be accepted. If you refuse a delivery with no valid reason or for buyer's remorse, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and will also be responsible for the return shipping charges.

      THIS IS A MUST - All product(s) must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Otherwise additional charges may be applied or may make your product(s) non-returnable. If you refuse a delivery with no valid reason or for buyer's remorse, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus return shipment. 

      PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

      - Custom orders (i.e. products that are custom made or made-to-order).
      - Special purchases including: clearance products, inventory sale products, custom quotes, special discounts, etc.
      - Any product that is not in resalable condition.
      - Any product not accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) issued by www.prosportsequip.com
      - Any product that is not in the original box with sufficient packaging materials.


      To start a return, you can contact us at returns@prosportsequip.com. If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      Damages and issues 
      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

      Exceptions / non-returnable items 
      Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

      Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

      Exchanges 
      The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

      Refunds 
      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

       

      WARRANTY

      Summit to Sea warrants The Dive Hyperbaric Chamber and accessories against defect for two years from purchase. The warranty covers parts and labor to repair the Summit to Sea system. Summit to Sea, with sole discretion, will repair or replace the warranty item. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modification. Shipping is the customer's responsibility. Summit to Sea covers all chamber components, including zippers, windows, seams, valves, and hoses.

      An additional one-, two- or three-year warranty can be purchased anytime during the first two years. The extended warranties also cover all components on the hyperbaric chamber including zipper, windows, seams, valves, and hoses.

      Why are your chambers so much less than the others on the market?

      We had researched for countless hours and days and have talked with parents and individuals who were seeking hyperbaric chambers, but could not find an affordable solution. After realizing this great need, Summit to Sea was formed to help assist families and individuals who are seeking these solutions. It is our desire to get as many chambers in the hands of people who need them. Since our main channel of business is on the internet, we do not have the overhead of larger companies, we do not have expensive marketing costs, and we partner with resellers who share in our same values and goals. More expensive doesn’t always mean better.

      Is this an American product?

      Yes, our models are “Made in the USA” or “Assembled in the USA” using high-quality materials from our partners in Europe and the United States.

      Is your chamber FDA approved?

      Yes, it has been cleared by the FDA to treat Acute Altitude Sickness, 510K 072757 under Summit to Sea, LLC.

      Summit to Sea warrants our products and accessories against defects for two years from purchase. The warranty covers parts and labor to repair the Summit to Sea system. Summit to Sea, at our option and sole discretion, will repair or replace the warranty item. The warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse or unauthorized modification. Shipping to and from Summit to Sea is the customer's responsibility.

      Summit to Sea has always and will continue to cover all components on our chambers — including zipper, windows, seams, valves, hoses... in other words, if it came from Summit to Sea we will stand behind our product. Extended warranties are available for purchase anytime within the two year warranty period. The extended warranties also cover all components on the chamber — including zipper, windows, seams, valves, hoses, etc.
